Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to public transport and popular attractions. The rooms were a bit small and crowded, which was below my expectations. The service was mixed with some amazing experiences but also instances of rushed and slightly rude interactions. The dining options were good but overpriced. However, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were a bit small but it was so convenient having direct access to the pool. They were immaculately clean with a well-laid-out design and a lovely balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the glass cubicle in the room, lacking a bit of privacy.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though small, were well-appointed, modern, comfortable, and clean. The service was excellent, with accommodating staff across various departments. The location was superb, near a variety of dining options and attractions. The dining experience was mediocre, and the facilities were satisfactory.
After attending meetings on the way home from a busy Europe trip, I found the hotel rooms to be small especially with a rollaway bed. Despite the forgetting of essentials and the open bathroom, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, albeit compact. The service at the Reception/reservations desk was great with many choices available, either western or Asian, and they took control of my entry and other enquiries including keeping the bulk of our luggage. The location was ideal for visiting the landmarks of Singapore and just a walking distance to my meeting point, perfect for travelers wanting to explore Chinatown, Little India, Marina Bay, and enjoy the bustle of Clarke Quay in the evening. However, the dining experience was below expectations and not worth the cost; I found it better to have breakfast elsewhere. Despite this, the hotel's facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore both Clarke Quay and Chinatown. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, but the standard room might feel a bit cramped for two people. The service staff is helpful, despite occasional issues like a strange smell. The dining options are varied but may not be the best value for money. The location is ideal for entertainment and easy access to major attractions.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Clarke Quay train station and the lively night scene, yet not directly facing the water, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms were nice and clean, though a bit smaller than anticipated, and unfortunately, one day, the room wasn't serviced. The service was top-notch, with extremely kind and accommodating staff. The dining options left something to be desired, with limited healthy choices and inconsistent water supply. However, the facilities were generally good, offering comfortable amenities.
The hotel provides spacious rooms and excellent service, though the dining options may not be ideal. Its exceptional location offers easy access to major attractions in Singapore and the surroundings. The amenities and facilities meet expectations.
The hotel is in a good location near Clarke Quay with easy access to bars and restaurants. The rooms, though smaller than expected, are well-designed for functionality. The service was generally helpful, but instances of rudeness were noted. The dining experience was average, lacking in some areas. Overall, a convenient stay with some drawbacks.
Staying at this hotel was a good experience overall. The rooms were modern with a slightly inconvenient toilet setup, but they were clean, nice, and had a lovely view of the adjoining mosque. The service was efficient and the staff were very nice and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring various parts of the city, though there were some minor issues with housekeeping and waiting for taxis. The dining options were decent, but could use more variety. Facilities were good, but nothing exceptional.
The hotel room surprised me with how they managed to fit a wardrobe, shower, and vanity in a tiny corner, but it wasn't that clean overall. However, it was spacious, bright, and had all the essentials I needed.
Although the room was not spacious enough to accommodate our luggage comfortably, the hotel did cater specifically to certain dietary preferences which affected the breakfast options negatively. The service staff, including Audrey, Vyon, Samuel, Alulya, Dana, and Kamal, were efficient and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Clark Quay and Chinatown, providing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was average but not exceptional. Overall, our stay was mixed due to room size issues and limited breakfast choices.
